2/3cLight corn syrup
3tbMargarine or butter
7ozMarshmallow creme
1/2cHalf & half
1/2cPeppermint candy; crushed

In medium saucepan, cook corn syrup and margarine over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly; cool 5 minutes. Stir in marshmallow creme, blending in well. Gradually add half & half, stirring until mixture is smooth. Fold in crushed peppermint candy. Serve warm or cold over ice cream. Store remaining topping in refrigerator. Makes 2 cups. Date: 07/02/96
